令和4年　初稽古

新年明けましておめでとうございます。

本年も大東流合気武道 至誠館をよろしくお願い申し上げます。

本日9日（日）より令和4年の稽古が始まりました。

今年も一年間、怪我や病気なく、元気に稽古ができることを心から祈ります。

The 4th year of Reiwa training began today on Sunday, 9th.
We pray from the bottom of my heart that everyone will be able to practice well this year without any injuries or illnesses.
